Position Purpose 
To leads and Train people to execute outstanding QSC, build Assistant Restaurant Manager team, and customer to insure the implementation of standards . 

1. Finishing of all SOC`s courses 
2. Participation in training new employees .
3. Communication skills and human relation.
4. Can handle open and close of all stations
5. Exercises basic human relation and communication skills
6. Maintains high level of QSC when working as IC (In Charge)
7. Shows a leadership skills in the matter of gaining trust and respect of all the staff
8. Shows a high initiative level
9. 100% accomplishment of all the training tasks reflected in the training program of the store

Qualification & Requirements
1. University Degree.
2. minimum one year experience in restaurants or hotels .
3. Age below 27 years.
4. English langue " Reading, writing, speaking".
5. ability to lead people and maintain the standard through training crew people.
