Restaurant supervisor 

Position Purpose 

To leads and Train people to execute outstanding QSC, build Assistant Restaurant Manager team, and customer to insure the implementation of standards . 
 Frequently talking to customer to measure and improve their satisfaction by managing customer complaints 
 Being able to perform all crew stations including maintenance
 Using SOC's to verify crew performance and give feed back to the person and the management team as well
 Supervising delivery of raw products
 Preparing people, equipment and products for the shift
 Conducting crew orientations
 Following up on the maintenance person during the shift
 Following up on procedures that support sales building promotions during the shift
 Knowing and enforces all appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures
 Maintaining critical standards for holding times, service speed and quality, raw finished product quality, cleanliness and sanitation
 Performing the daily basic equipment checks, and making minor temperature and time adjustment 
 Completing assigned daily paper work, including inventories, cash report, drawer counts, and deposits
 Controlling labor, waste, cash and yields while managing shifts.
 Managing opening and closing shifts with supervision


Qualification & Requirements
1. University Degree.
2. minimum one year experience in restaurants or hotels .
3. Age below 30 years.
4. English langue " Reading, writing, speaking".
5. ability to lead people and maintain the standard through training crew people.
