To leads and Train people to execute outstanding QSC, build Assistant Restaurant Manager team, and customer to insure the implementation of standards .
Frequently talking to customer to measure and improve their satisfaction by managing customer complaints
Being able to perform all crew stations including maintenance
Using SOC's to verify crew performance and give feed back to the person and the management team as well
Supervising delivery of raw products
Preparing people, equipment and products for the shift
Conducting crew orientations
Following up on the maintenance person during the shift
Following up on procedures that support sales building promotions during the shift
Knowing and enforces all appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures
Maintaining critical standards for holding times, service speed and quality, raw finished product quality, cleanliness and sanitation
Performing the daily basic equipment checks, and making minor temperature and time adjustment
Completing assigned daily paper work, including inventories, cash report, drawer counts, and deposits
Controlling labor, waste, cash and yields while managing shifts.
Managing opening and closing shifts with supervision
Qualification & Requirements
1. University Degree.
2. minimum one year experience in restaurants or hotels .
3. Age below 30 years.
4. English langue " Reading, writing, speaking".
5. ability to lead people and maintain the standard through training crew people.
