1st assistant Rest Manager

First Assistant Restaurant Manager 

Position Purpose 

To Recruits, leads and develops people to execute outstanding QSC &V, build sales and control costs to deliver optimum business results for a single Mishwar restaurant. Key customers include Crew, Assistant Restaurant Manager team, and customers. 


 Gathering customers feed back and judging patterns, trends, initiating specific actions to continuously improve total customer satisfaction
 Evaluating results of short and mid – range objectives of the stores
 QSC levels in the store at all times
 Completing and posting the crew schedule
 Managing crew training
 Maintaining personnel files
 Executing the store retention plan (e.g., enthusiasm calendar, communication sessions, etc.)
 Conducting crew meetings
 Executing the in – store portion of the crew recruitment plan
 Helping the conduct one – on – one crew performance reviews
 Developing and implementing store extensions of market promotions
 Completing and analyzing store reports and formulating corrective action plans
 Energy and resource conservation
 Maintains spare parts inventory
 All store equipment and the planned maintenance program
 Conducting management team meeting in the absence of the store manager 
 Organizing the store monthly calendar to achieve store objectives
 Assisting store manager with monthly management schedule
 Training supervisors
 Preparing and conducting supervisors performance reviews
 Assisting in training managers trainees and second assistants
 Assisting with manager trainee performance review
 Providing input for second assistant performance review
 Executing assigned activities to build sales
 Projecting initial monthly P&L; assisting with control of all line items; responsible for designated line items
 Reconciling monthly P&L line items and determining restaurant profit opportunities with the assistance of the store manager


Qualification & Requirements

1. University Degree.
2. 3 years experience as assistant restaurant manager.
3. Age below 30 years.
4. English langue " Reading, writing, speaking"
5. Ability t manage the managerial work,
6. ability to prepare he P&L report per month
