Position Purpose 

Taking responsibility for develop and implement operation standards and preparing daily and monthly reports.
1. Developed operations standers, follow up in all branches.
 
• DEVELOP THE CORRECT OPERATION PARAMTERS.FOLLOW UP IT IN BRANCHES.
• DEVELO AND MAKING FOLLOW UP ON (FIFO + LIFO) AND THE HANDLING AND RECEIVING AND STORING SYSTEMS.
• DEVELOP AND FOLLOW UP ON BRANCHES INVOICES FROM CENTRAL KITCHEN AND FOLLOW UP TO ACHIEVE THE HIGHEST PROFITS.
• DEVELOP AND FOLLOW UP THE UNITING OF THE FINAL PRODUCT IN ALL BRANCHES TO ENSURE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION.
• DEVELOP AND FOLLOW UP THE SECONDARY STORAGE OF THE PRODUCTS.
FOLLOW UP:
• DEVELOP THE FORMS WHICH USED IN THE WAREHOUSE AND BRANCHES.THIS FORMS CONTROL (QUALITY,SERVICE,CLEANLINESS,PRODUCT QUANTITY,INVOICES) 
• FOLLOW UP DECLAIRED AND UNDECLAIRED FOR THE COMPANY BRANCHESAND CENTRAL KITCHEN TO ENSURE THE BEST QUALITY FOR THE PRODUCT.
• FOLLOW UP RESPONSIBILITY ON THE INSTRUMENTS AND TOOLS(ACCURE COOKING TIME – CLEARANCEOF ANY DEFECT REASON TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE PRODUCT)
• ENSURE THAT BRANCHES AND CENTRAL KITCHEN ARE USING THE CORRECT FORM BY CORRECT WAY.

Qualification & Requirements
1. University Degree.
2. 3 – 5 years experience as quality manager.
3. Age below 40 years.
4. English langue " Reading, writing, speaking"
5. Ability t manage the managerial work,
6. ability to prepare report per month regarding work ..
