DEVELOPING MANAGER 

JOB TARGET:
RESPONSIBILITY OF LEADERSHIP OF THE DEVELOPING ACTIVITIES AND OPERATION. LEADING WORK TEAM TOWARDS THE MARKET SHARE.AND RESOPNSIBILITEIS OF THE NEW SITES AND BRANCHES. REDEVELOP ANDUPDATE THE CURRENT BRANCHES. 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
IN ADDITION TO FOLLOWING THE WORK RULES. THIS JOB TASKS ARE:
RELATIONSHIPS:
• USING THE EFFORTS TO RAISE RELATION STANDARDS BETWEEN THE REST OF TEAM MEMBERS.
• FOLLOW UP ALL THE RELATED WITH WORK DEVELOPMENT WITH THE COOPERATED COMPANIES ANE THE FRANCHISEE TO ENSURE REACHING THE HIGHEST POSITIVE RESULTS.
• KEEPING ALL THE PLANS AND DEVELOPING EFFORTS LEGAL
SELF IMPROVEMENT:
• MANAGE AND EVALUATE THE EMPLOYEES IN THE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT. ALSO SUPERVISING ON HIRING THEM. 
• LEADING THE VARITY IN THE WORK OF THE DEPARTMENT AND WATCHING THE PERIORITIES OF IT.
• ESTABLISH AND FOLLOW UP ALL THE DEVELOPING ASSESTS.
EXCUTING THE DEVELOPING PLANS:
• MAKING AND FOLLOW UP THE DEVELOPING PLANS
• COMMUNICATING WITH THE OTHERS.
• MAKING THE REQUIRED UPDATES AFTER EXCUTIVE MANAGER APPROVAL.
BRANCHES AND CENTRAL KITCHEN DEVELOPMENT:
• UNIFIED THE AIMS AND PERIORITIES OF THE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES .CONSTRUCT AND DEVELOP TO REACH THE BEST AND FASTER RESULTS IN BRANCHES DEVELOPING PLANS.
